Nestled along the shoreline of Lake Illawarra is The Boulevarde, Oak Flats – a modern and vibrant home recently renovated by the incredibly talented team at Desire Building Group.

It’s a property Vollers knows all too well, having worked on it as the sheet metal suppliers when it was first built, and again now, nearly 5 years later. If we were a little more superstitious, we might even say fate has brought us back together, after being engaged by new owners and builders.

Engaged by Desire Building as the sheet metal suppliers, Vollers provided the exterior architectural cladding as well as the cappings and accessories to bring this masterpiece to life.

The external cladding is Lysaghts ZENITH Architectural Cladding in an Aries finish. The deep red hues bring a rich and vibrant tone to the building. Adding to the contemporary style are Ultra Colorbond steel box gutters and window boxes in Ultra Night Sky, installed by the man himself, Andrew Lloyd from Desire Building Group.
